Shipping, Payment, & Terms of Service
Guarantee: We personally guarantee every animal that is sold is in top-notch shape and in very good health unless otherwise specified. We are so confident in this that we offer a 5-day guarantee on all animals bought. We take pride in every animal we sell and want to ensure that you receive the best animal available for your money. After all, it is your money that you worked for to earn, so you deserve the very best. All animals are guaranteed parasite free and healthy. For those of you that buy genetic traits, we guarantee paperwork for the lifetime of the animal. The paperwork includes, but is not limited to: genetics of the animal, date of birth, 5 day guarantee*, breeder's name, and picture of the animal.
State and Federal Laws: It is your responsibility to know your state laws. We will not knowingly violate state or federal laws.
FDA Regulations: Turtles under 4 inches are not intended to be pets as per FDA regulations. However, turtles under 4 inches can be sold for educational or scientific purposes (section D, number 1). They can also be sold between hobbyists (section D, number 2).

Payment Info: Payment can be done by any method through Paypal, including Credit Card or bank transfers, money orders, or cash (reptile shows only). Sorry but we do not accept personal checks.
Shipping Info: We use UPS, Fedex, or DHL for most shipping necessities. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday only. We can also deliver the animals in person if there is a local show in our area. Shipping costs normally run about $40, but we can get a price quote with your zip code. The shipping price includes an insulated box and heat/cold pack depending upon the weather. We normally will only ship from March to October.
*Exception-the 5-day live guarantee is only for individuals picked up in person. If you are not satisfied with your new reptile, you can send it back for a replacement or refund within that time frame. However, you must provide reasons for dissatisfaction in the reptile. For reptiles that may arrive dead, a picture must be taken and sent in order to be eligible for a refund. The above exceptions apply to the applicable live guarantees.
